An extractor is a kingdom structure you can buy from the nexus block for 50000 Resource Poitns if you have the right permissions. It produces Resource Points over time, but needs fuel to function.
Once the extractor is bought and placed, just drop fuel items to the extractor block and it will automatically produce Resource Points.
To collect these Resource Points, right click the extractor and click the green wool. You can also see the amount of fuel left by hovering the coal item.
Extractors procude very little Resource Points at first, only 1 Resource Point per minute. This is why most people upgrade their extractors up before even fueling them.
To upgrade your extractor, right click it and then click the nether star. An upgrade costs (Extractor Level * 30000)
