Medieval Unlimited features a complete overhaul to vanilla livestock animals.

To start with, Livestock cannot be found in the wilderness and must be purchased from the Vysoke Livestock Farm in Maids Morten, often called the Stockyard. The animals include a complete mechanic overhaul and feature new models, animations, and custom skills like purposeful hand-feeding, day and night cycle sleeping, passive feeding and watering using haybale blocks, a realistic need for space, and an overhaul to how animals are bred requiring both males and females to be present.

Livestock is an expensive commodity for any Kingdom, so be sure to keep your animals in a safe area away from your enemies or animals who might kill them.

Make sure to check out below for a guide on each animal!

How to Farm Cattle?

Prevent Overcrowding Cows:

• If there are more than 10 cows within 25 blocks of each other, they will start to get hurt and notify you in chat if you are near them.

Passively Feed and Separate the Cows:

• Make sure they have access to haybale blocks as they will naturally eat while near them. It’s a great way to be sure they are always at full health!

Hand-feed your Cows:

• If you know a cow is hurt, you can hand feed them using Wheat Bushels. Cows will naturally follow players who hold Wheat Bushels, so once they're close, click on them to feed them!

Breed your Cattle:

• To breed your cattle, you will first need at least 55 Horny Weed from the Maids Morten Stockyard. Once you have some, lure both a Hiefer and Bull cow together, and click the Heifer with the Horny Weed. If the breeding is successful you will be notified in chat and a Calf will be born after a short time. Calfs will grow up after 5 hours and randomly select a gender!

How to Farm Chickens?

Prevent Overcrowding Chickens:

• If there are more than 5 chickens within 20 blocks of eachother, they will start to get hurt and notify you in chat if you are near them.
